A man from Oviedo was arrested this week after authorities say he was seen performing a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner outside a home at a Kissimmee resort.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Grassendale Street in Windsor Hills Resort on January 22 after receiving a report of a man exposing himself in front of a residence.
Witnesses told deputies they saw a partially clothed man involved in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner. They also provided a video recording of the incident.
By the time law enforcement arrived, the man had already left. Investigators later found out that the man and his wife were listed as Airbnb hosts at the same location.
A previous complaint had been filed the day before, where a man was seen walking nude in a shared hallway. That incident was captured on a Ring doorbell camera.
Deputies continued their investigation by speaking with other residents in the area. Several of them confirmed similar encounters with the same man, some dating back to December. Video from a Blink camera also showed him partially clothed or nude in the hallway.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of 51-year-old Kevin Westerhold, who was later found near his home in Oviedo. He now faces a charge of exposure of sexual organs related to his alleged sexual performance.
Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen similar behavior involving Westerhold to contact the sheriff’s office.
